Keawe Johnson
I’m a young and enthusiastic photographer and multi-disciplinary artist, eager to show the world what I’m capable of creating. Over the years, I’ve worked a variety of jobs to earn passive income, but none of them have ever truly satisfied my creative drive. What I really want—what I’ve always wanted—is to create meaningful, beautiful, and awe-inspiring visual work that people from all walks of life can connect with and enjoy.
I was in my third semester of Early College at Colorado State University–Pueblo, taking a mix of elective classes to round out my schedule. One of those classes was Intro to Photography, and at the time, I didn’t think much of it—I just needed the credit. But as soon as the course began, I realized I had stumbled into something that would change the way I see the world. That moment marked the beginning of a creative path I’ve been following ever since.
Photography has become one of my greatest passions, especially abstract and artistic photography, which you can read more about below. But my creative interests don’t stop there—I also have experience in several other art forms, including 3D modeling, digital art, and more. I’ve always had big aspirations, and despite my young age, I’m fully committed to putting in the time and effort needed to make those dreams a reality. My journey into photography began in the fall of 2021.
