Cheeseburger & Fries

What is more classic than a cheeseburger and fries. Topped with lettuce, tomato, and pickles, this hamburger was extremely fun to photograph. Granted the fries turned out more like hash-browns, simply because I’m not too familiar with frying food, but I’m still very happy with the results of this photoshoot. Plus, I’d like to think I did incredible on cooking the patty, as well as making the burger look appealing.

I feel like I’m really understanding how to light food now. I implemented an ambient light with a window, which gave a really nice softer lighting, and used my studio lights for accents. Not to mention the natural contrast in the food itself really helped in making the pictures pop.
